Prahova Valley Wine and Cheese Tasting from Bucharest

We all like a good glass of Italian, French, Spanish etc, but how many of you ever tasted a glass of Romanian wine? Romania has almost 6000 years of experience in the field and a number of vineyards spread across the country from north to south and east to west. Rotenberg winery in located in the heart of Wallachia , the land ruled by the famous Romanian king Vlad III Dracula more then 500 years ago. There are only two wineries in Romania that are still working manually , this winery is one of them , exactly like 100 years ago when it was first build. This winery uses only one type of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and produces three types of wines : red , white and rose all manually including the bottling and labeling the bottles. Two hours later will relax at Conacul Ceptura and enjoy the typical Romanian cuisine.
