Half-Day Hue Kite-Making Tour by Bicycle

After pickup at your Hue hotel at either 8am or 2pm, cycle 3 miles to meet your instructor, a local kite lover who will introduce you to making and decorating kites. Take a tour of the local's house and workshop, then have a chance to paint your own kite. Kite painting requires a delicate hand, but with your instructor there to guide you, you're sure to produce a masterpiece. When finished, you can keep the kite as a souvenir. This experience is a great way to support the traditional arts, and will allow you to learn about the livelihood and lifestyle of a local artisan. Once you are finished learning about the local arts stop for a short break at a local cafe for a cup of delicious Vietnamese coffee before returning back to your hotel by bicycle.
