Dolphin Cruise from Muscat

Set off bright and early in the morning with a pickup from your centrally located Muscat hotel. Travel to a nearby marina to board your fiberglass dolphin-watching boat and settle onto the comfortable vessel, designed to offer 360-degree views over the sea. Then, head out into the glittering Arabian Sea on your quest to spot these magical marine mammals.

As you cruise, keep a lookout for the spinner, bottlenose and common dolphins that make the Arabian Sea their home. Although sightings aren’t guaranteed, there’s a great chance to observe these playful creatures as they frolic in the sea, with Oman’s scenic coastline providing a breathtaking backdrop. Watch as they swim, breach and ride the surf around the boat’s bow and keep your camera poised to catch them leaping from the water, sometimes spinning several meters in the air before landing!
