Wonders of Reykjanes Day Tour
Experience a taste of Iceland on this quick tour of the Reykjanes, south of Reykjavik city. The Iceland experience is about enjoying the otherworldly scenery of this unique island and you’ll have the chance to pass by geothermal areas, stunning coastlines, and quiet Icelandic towns on this tour. Highlights include the grand Strandakirkja, just past the small historic town of Eyrarbakki. You’ll also have the chance to try fresh lobster soup in the coastal town of Grindavík before driving along the dramatic coastlines. Make a stop at the Reykjanesviti lighthouse and see the unique “Bridge Between Continents” where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. On the way back to the city, the tour will pass by the legendary Blue Lagoon, where you can be dropped off to enjoy the healing waters of this unique geothermal lagoon. If you choose to enjoy the Blue Lagoon, please note that admission is not included and you will have to use public transport to return to the city.
