This 2.5-hour tour starts with a pickup at your Xi'an hotel anywhere from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

For this evening out, you'll journey to the business district of Xi’an for a delightful array of delicious dumplings. This bite-sized dish is served around the world and is well known in China as a great way to bring family and friends together.

Your night begins at Defa Chang Restaurant. The restaurant takes dumplings to a new level with a huge collection of hot-served dumplings. The expert chefs use meat, vegetables, seafood, and other food to delicately create shapes and different sized dumplings using carefully-prepared dough. Some of these delicacies take quite some time to make, and the preparation has almost become an art form. This banquet dinner comes with one soft drink or one local beer, too.

After your dinner feast, get dropped back at your hotel around 9 p.m.
