Full-Day Zagorje Medieval Castles and Varazdin Photo Tour from Zagreb

Following a morning pickup at the time of your choosing in a convenient location in Zagreb, we will start out for our first stop — the 12th-century Veliki Tabor Castle — haunted by the fate of Veronika Desinić.

We will continue on to medieval Trakošćan Castle and admire sweeping valley views from your hilltop vantage point. Capture the scenery on camera, and visit the museum — where the castle’s 13th-century history is brought to life.

After lunch in a local restaurant (meal of your choice, not included in price), we continue on to the former capital of Croatia, the baroque town of Varaždin. Its preserved historical center and well-kept old town will surely offer an incentive for your photography.

During your tour, listen as your guide points out the best angles for your photography. Perhaps master a few new techniques along the way, then return in comfort to your departure point in Zagreb to conclude your tour.
